Can I start using INDIE EASY now?
The homepage shows current availability: join the waiting list before launch, or create an account when public registration opens. Existing customers can sign in.
Is INDIE EASY really free to start?
Yes. The Free Plan lets you create 2 estimates and 2 invoices per month, manage customers, and accept online payments.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can cancel your Pro Plan at any time. Cancellations are handled according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Can I accept online payments?
Yes. INDIE EASY supports online payments so customers can pay invoices more easily.
Do I have to pay extra for every incoming payment?
INDIE EASY does not add hidden per-payment fees. Standard payment processing fees charged by the payment provider may apply.
Can I track invoice payment status?
Yes. You can see whether an invoice is paid, unpaid, or overdue, so it is easier to follow up with customers.
How do I import customers from my iPhone contacts?
Export your contacts in 20 seconds
- Open the Contacts app and tap Lists.
- Touch and hold your customer list, then tap Export.
- Choose names, phone numbers and email addresses, then tap Done.
- Tap Save to Files, choose a location and tap Save.
- In INDIE EASY, open Customers → Import Customers and choose the saved VCF file. Select the customers to import, check duplicates and confirm.
No customer list yet? Export All Contacts and select only your customers in INDIE EASY. This is an illustrative demo with fictional contacts; menus may vary by iOS version.

20-second Android contacts export guide
- Open the Google Contacts app and tap Fix & manage.
- Tap Export to file.
- Choose one or more accounts containing your contacts and tap Export to .VCF file.
- Choose a folder such as Downloads, keep the .vcf file extension and tap Save.
- In INDIE EASY, open Customers → Import Customers and choose the saved file. Select your customers, check duplicates and confirm the import.
